The prerequisite for participation is that you are happy to accommodate cycling guests, i.e. are bicycle-friendly and meet the bicycle-friendly criteria that we have listed for you at the bottom of this page according to the type of business.

The participation always includes the so-called basic package for accommodation, catering and bicycle service businesses, ie the presentation in the host directory of our annual newsletter Manual of the Römer-Lippe route as well as in the List of hosts on the website www.roemerlipperoute.de.

There are also additional services that can be booked, such as positioning in the flyer, placing ads in the handbook or tips of the month on the website.

Participation as a service partner of the Römer-Lippe-Route with the basic package is valid for an unlimited period of time. Of course, you have the option of canceling your participation at any time in writing (e-mail, fax, post) by September 30 of a year at the latest and then no longer appear as a partner company of the Römer-Lippe-Route in the following year.

The Römer-Lippe route manual (with host directory) and the informative flyers are republished annually and we contact you annually to ask you to update or confirm the details of your entry. As part of this request, we also remind you of the annual cancellation option.

The additional services that can be booked, such as location in the flyer, the placement of advertisements or tips of the month on the website, can always be booked for one year or permanently (= unlimited) as part of the booking process and also with the annual update.

Certification as an ADFC Bed+Bike business is not mandatory, but quality and bike-friendliness are important to the Römer-Lippe-Route cooperation, which is why ADFC Bed+Bike-certified overnight accommodation businesses enjoy a financial advantage over non-certified businesses. In the next section you will find detailed information about certification as an ADFC bed & bike company.

We are also happy to support the offers on the Römer-Lippe route with reliable information on accessibility. “Travel for everyone” is the nationwide label in the area of ​​accessibility. Companies of all kinds along the Römer-Lippe route that are certified according to “Travel for All” receive a 10% discount on the basic package.
