MTB in the Ruhr area - With the mountain bike around Hagen
Around the city of Hagen there are two official mountain bike tours that present the most beautiful trails in the city. The first tour takes you over 11 kilometers through the city forest of Hagen. The Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm is a worthwhile destination, from here you have a particularly beautiful view of the Ruhr Valley. At the end, a nice descent down the Goldberg awaits you.
Mountain bike fun in Hagen
The second tour, which is 22 kilometers long, initially follows the same path, but much further to the Hestert district. Intermediate climbs and additional descents ensure even more mountain bike fun on this longer tour.
Tour 1 for beginners, Tour 2 for advanced
Both tours are signposted and can therefore easily be cycled. While the first tour is also very suitable for beginners in mountain biking, the second tour is intended more for advanced users.
